  1. Develop and implement creative and visually appealing displays for H&M's latest collections and trends.
  2. Ensure that all visual merchandising follows the brand's guidelines and standards.
  3. Collaborate with the store manager and other team members to plan and execute visual displays that align with the store's goals and objectives.
  4. Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and incorporate them into the visual displays.
  5. Maintain and update visual displays on a regular basis to keep the store looking fresh and up-to-date.
  6. Train and coach team members on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
  7. Ensure that all visual displays are properly stocked and maintained.
  8. Communicate any issues or concerns with the store manager and work together to find solutions.
  9. Monitor and track the success of visual merchandising strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety of all team members and customers.
  11. Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise as needed.
  12. Attend meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products, promotions, and company initiatives.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador by representing H&M's values and promoting a positive image of the company.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the visual merchandising process and provide suggestions for improvement to the store manager.

  • Strong Visual Merchandising Skills: The Ideal Candidate For A Visual Keyholder Position At H&M Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Visual Merchandising Principles And Techniques. This Includes The Ability To Create Visually Appealing Displays, Use Color And Lighting Effectively, And Keep Up With Current Fashion Trends.

This Requires A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Spot And Correct Any Mistakes.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Visual Keyholder Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Visual Merchandisers And Ensuring That They Are Trained And Motivated To Create And Maintain Visually Stunning Displays. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Communication Is Key In A Retail Environment, And Particularly In A Role Like Visual Keyholder. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Store Managers, Team Members, And Corporate Headquarters To Ensure That All Visual Merchandising Initiatives Are Executed Seamlessly.

  • Prior Retail Experience: While Not Always Required, Prior Retail Experience Is Highly Desirable For A Visual Keyholder Position At H&M. This Experience Can Include Visual Merchandising, Store Management, Or Other Positions That Involve Working With Displays And Store Layouts. It Demonstrates A Familiarity With The Retail Industry And An Understanding Of Customer Preferences And Behaviors.
