Job Description

Are you passionate about fashion and looking for a dynamic role in retail management? H&M is seeking a Visual Keyholder for our NorthLake Mall location.   1. Create visually appealing displays and layouts in accordance with H&M's brand standards.
  2. Ensure all merchandise is presented in an organized and attractive manner.
  3. Train and supervise store staff on proper visual merchandising techniques.
  4. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement creative strategies for driving sales and foot traffic.
  5. Conduct regular store walks to ensure visual standards are being maintained.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform visual merchandising decisions.
  7. Maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability for visual displays.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to visual merchandising.
  9. Assist in the planning and execution of store events and promotions.
  10. Monitor and report on sales performance of visual displays.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  12. Participate in store meetings and provide feedback and suggestions for improving visual merchandising.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  14. Train and develop team members on H&M's brand and visual merchandising standards.
  15. Continuously strive to exceed sales and performance goals while upholding the H&M brand image.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Visual Merchandising: A Successful Visual Keyholder At H&M Should Have A Strong Background And Experience In Visual Merchandising. This Includes Knowledge Of Current Fashion Trends, Store Layouts, And A Keen Eye For Creating Visually Appealing Displays.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Visual Keyholder, You Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Visual Merchandisers And Ensuring That All Displays And Store Visuals Are Executed According To Company Standards. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Motivate And Guide A Team Are Essential Qualifications For This Role.

  • Attention To Detail: Visual Merchandising Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail, As Even The Smallest Element Can Impact The Overall Aesthetic Of A Display. A Visual Keyholder Should Be Detail-Oriented And Have The Ability To Identify And Correct Any Visual Inconsistencies.

  • Time Management Skills: In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment Like H&M, Time Management Is Crucial. As A Visual Keyholder, You Will Be Responsible For Setting Up New Displays, Changing Mannequins, And Updating Store Visuals On A Regular Basis. Therefore, Strong Time Management Skills Are Essential To Ensure That All Tasks Are Completed Efficiently And Within The Given Timeline.

  • Customer Service Skills: While The Main Focus Of A Visual Keyholder Is On Visual Merchandising, They Should Also Possess Excellent Customer Service Skills. This Includes Being Approachable, Friendly, And Knowledgeable About The Products And Promotions In The Store. A Visual Keyholder Should Also Be Able To Assist Customers And Answer Any Questions They May Have About The Displays Or Products.
