- Lead and mentor a team of visual merchandisers to ensure consistent execution of visual standards across the store.
- Create visually appealing and inspiring displays that align with H&M's brand image and attract customers.
- Monitor and maintain the overall appearance of the store, including window displays, mannequins, and product presentation.
- Train and develop team members on visual merchandising techniques and brand standards.
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve the customer shopping experience.
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and incorporate them into visual displays.
- Ensure product placement and inventory levels are optimized to drive sales and minimize out-of-stocks.
- Conduct regular store walks to identify and address any visual or operational issues.
- Communicate effectively with the store team to ensure all visual and promotional changes are executed in a timely manner.
- Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Take ownership of the visual merchandising budget and make recommendations for improvements.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Continuously evaluate and improve visual merchandising techniques to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
- Represent H&M in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Retail Experience: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Keyholder Or Supervisory Role. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Visual Merchandising And Store Operations.
Strong Communication Skills: Visual Keyholders Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Both Customers And Team Members. This Includes Clearly Conveying Visual Merchandising Strategies And Store Policies, As Well As Providing Excellent Customer Service.
Creativity And Attention To Detail: Visual Keyholders Are Responsible For Creating Eye-Catching Displays And Maintaining The Overall Aesthetic Of The Store. They Should Have A Keen Eye For Design And Be Able To Pay Close Attention To Detail To Ensure Displays Are Visually Appealing.
Time Management And Multitasking Abilities: This Role Requires Candidates To Be Able To Juggle Multiple Tasks And Responsibilities At Once, Such As Creating Displays, Assisting Customers, And Managing A Team. Strong Time Management Skills Are Essential To Ensure All Tasks Are Completed Efficiently.
Leadership Skills: As A Keyholder, Candidates Should Have Experience In Supervising And Leading A Team.
