- Oversee and maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring it reflects the H&M brand and standards.
- Create and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
- Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
- Collaborate with the store manager and other keyholders to plan and execute store layouts and displays.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and incorporate them into the store's visual displays.
- Conduct regular store walks to identify and address any visual presentation issues.
- Ensure all merchandise is displayed according to H&M's standards and guidelines.
- Order, receive, and maintain visual supplies and props to enhance the store's visual appeal.
- Communicate and work closely with the regional visual team to implement national and global visual initiatives.
- Act as a role model for the store team by consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and passion for the H&M brand.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the overall success of the store.
Strong Visual Merchandising Skills: A Visual Keyholder At H&M Must Possess A Keen Eye For Visual Merchandising And Be Able To Create Attractive And On-Trend Displays That Will Entice Customers And Drive Sales.
Leadership Experience: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Visual Merchandisers, Ensuring That All Tasks Are Completed Accurately And On Time. Previous Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role Is Often Required.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Visual Keyholder, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Store Managers, District Managers, And Other Team Members To Ensure That The Visual Merchandising Standards Are Met. Strong Communication Skills Are Essential To Effectively Convey Information And Instructions.
Knowledge Of Fashion And Trends: H&M Is A Fashion-Forward Brand, And A Visual Keyholder Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And Be Able To Incorporate Them Into Store Displays And Merchandising Strategies.
Attention To Detail: It Is Crucial For A Visual Keyholder To Have Exceptional Attention To Detail To Ensure That Displays Are Visually Appealing And Meet The Brand's Standards. This Role Also Involves Inventory Management And Ensuring That All Products Are Accurately Represented In Displays.
