  1. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies in line with company standards and brand image.
  2. Create compelling and visually appealing displays to attract and engage customers.
  3. Collaborate with the store manager and sales team to ensure that visual displays are effectively promoting current products and promotions.
  4. Continuously evaluate and adjust displays to maintain a fresh and updated look.
  5. Maintain a deep understanding of current fashion trends and incorporate them into displays.
  6. Train and guide sales associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
  7. Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized on the sales floor.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and work with management to replenish products as needed.
  9. Communicate with corporate visual merchandising teams to provide feedback and suggestions for store displays.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in visual merchandising.
  11. Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet deadlines for visual changes and updates.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized visual merchandising storage area.
  13. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down displays.
  14. Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols for all visual displays.
  15. Represent the brand with a professional and positive demeanor at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous Retail Experience: A Visual Keyholder At H&M Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Visual Merchandising Or Keyholder Role. This Will Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of The Company's Products, Brand, And Customer Base.

  • Strong Visual Merchandising Skills: The Visual Keyholder Will Be Responsible For Creating And Maintaining Attractive Displays In The Store, Which Requires A Keen Eye For Design And Creativity. Experience In Visual Merchandising, Window Display, Or Styling Is Highly Desirable.

  • Excellent Organizational Skills: As A Keyholder, This Individual Will Have Access To The Store And Will Be Responsible For Opening And Closing Procedures. They Should Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively, Ensuring The Store Is Always Well-Maintained And Operational.

  • Leadership Abilities: The Visual Keyholder Will Be Part Of The Store's Management Team And May Be Required To Supervise Other Employees. They Should Have Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Motivate Team Members.

  • Knowledge Of Fashion And Trends: H&M Is A Fashion-Forward Brand, And The Visual Keyholder Should Have A Passion For Fashion And An Understanding Of Current Trends. This Will Help Them Create Visually Appealing Displays That Will Attract And Engage Customers.
