  3. Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise that meets their needs and preferences.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of H&M's products and services to effectively answer customer questions and make recommendations.
  5. Keep the store neat, organized, and visually appealing by regularly restocking and arranging merchandise.
  6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register and other point of sale systems.
  7. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
  8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the H&M brand in a positive light.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
  10. Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on new products and procedures.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  12. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.

  • Customer Service Skills: A Verkoopmedewerker Weekend/Bijbaan At H&M Should Possess Excellent Customer Service Skills In Order To Provide A Positive And Pleasant Shopping Experience For Customers.

  • Sales Experience: Previous Experience In A Sales Role, Especially In A Retail Environment, Is Highly Desirable For This Position. This Includes Knowledge Of Sales Techniques, Such As Upselling And Cross-Selling, And The Ability To Meet Sales Targets.

  • Fashion Knowledge: H&M Is A Fashion Retailer, So A Verkoopmedewerker Weekend/Bijbaan Should Have A Good Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And The Ability To Style And Advise Customers On Outfits.

  • Availability: This Job Requires Weekend And Evening Availability, So Candidates Should Be Able To Work Flexible Hours And Have A Willingness To Work During Peak Shopping Periods, Such As Holidays And Sales.
