- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP platforms to support the company's operations.
- Manage a team of SAP developers and administrators to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance and functionality of SAP systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues with SAP platforms, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SAP technology to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation for SAP systems.

- Work closely with vendors and external partners to manage relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Develop and monitor departmental budgets and ensure cost-effective management of resources.
- Keep senior management informed of the status of SAP projects and provide regular reports on key performance metrics.
- Continuously review and evaluate SAP processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
- Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner at industry events and conferences.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Sap Platforms, Preferably In A Retail Or Fashion Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Sap Systems And Modules, Including But Not Limited To, Sap Hana, Fico, Mm, Sd, And Abap.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team Of Sap Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
