  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Source, attract, and recruit top talent through various channels, including job postings, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  3. Conduct thorough and comprehensive interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  4. Manage the full recruitment cycle for all positions, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  5. Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  6. Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and implement new strategies to continuously improve our recruitment process.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador and promote our company culture and values to potential candidates.
  10. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  11. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activity and progress.
  12. Mentor and train junior members of the talent acquisition team.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve our employer branding and candidate experience to attract top talent.
  15. Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment events as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Retail Or Fashion Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies And Sourcing Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.

  • Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Tools.
