- Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability communications strategy for H&M, including messaging, content creation, and distribution channels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all sustainability communications and engagement efforts, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in sustainability messaging and initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, NGOs, and industry partners, to drive engagement and support for H&M's sustainability goals.
- Stay up-to-date on current sustainability trends and issues, and proactively identify opportunities for H&M to further its impact and leadership in this space.
- Plan and execute targeted communication campaigns to raise awareness and drive behavior change among key audiences.
- Develop and manage sustainability reporting and communications materials, such as annual sustainability reports, press releases, and social media content.
- Act as a spokesperson for H&M on sustainability matters, representing the company in media interviews, speaking engagements, and other public forums.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sustainability communications and engagement efforts, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor and manage a team of sustainability communications professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Sustainability, Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sustainability Communications, Preferably In The Retail Or Fashion Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Sustainability Communication Strategies And Campaigns.
Strong Understanding Of Sustainability Issues And Trends Within The Fashion Industry, As Well As A Passion For Promoting Sustainable Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Engage With Stakeholders At All Levels.
