Supply Chain Analyst

At H&M, we are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst who will support our supply chain operations and ensure that H&M’s products are effectively and efficiently distributed. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical problem-solver who’s passionate about helping us improve our supply chain process.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain analyst role. They should have a strong understanding of supply chain principles, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proven track record of successful problem solving. Additionally, the candidate should be tech-savvy and able to use various software to analyze data. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze data and use software to identify areas for improvement in the H&M supply chain process.
2. Monitor and report on performance metrics to ensure efficient and effective operations.
3. Develop strategies to optimize the supply chain process and reduce costs.
4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate information and data.
5. Provide timely and accurate reports on supply chain performance to senior management.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
7. Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.
8. Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve supply chain operations.
9. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
10. Proactively identify and address potential supply chain risks and issues.
