Job Description

As a Supply Chain Analyst at H&M, you will be a vital part of our team, delivering critical insights to drive our performance. You will be responsible for understanding the complexities of our supply chain, analyzing data to identify trends, and leveraging that information to make sound decisions. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our supply chain operations.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. Additionally, you must have at least 3 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations role, with experience in data analysis and project management. You must be highly analytical and have strong problem-solving skills. Finally, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze data to identify trends and leverage that information to make sound decisions.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of supply chain operations.
  3. Develop solutions to optimize supply chain operations.
  4. Monitor performance metrics and identify areas of improvement.
  5. Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain performance.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulations and laws pertaining to the supply chain.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  9. Monitor industry trends and recommend changes to ensure supply chain operations remain competitive.
  10. Manage projects to ensure timely completion and accuracy of deliverables.
