Supply Chain Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join the H&M team and help optimize our supply chain operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying inefficiencies and developing strategies to enhance our supply chain performance. You’ll also collaborate with our logistics and procurement teams to ensure that we’re able to deliver the best products to our customers.To be successful in this role, you’ll need a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also have experience in supply chain management and experience working with enterprise-level supply chain software. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyze supply chain operations to identify areas of inefficiency and develop strategies to improve performance.
2. Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
3. Implement enterprise-level supply chain software and tools to increase efficiency.
4. Track and monitor inventory levels and adjust supply chain processes accordingly.
5. Develop and maintain metrics to track supply chain performance.
6. Identify potential risks and develop mitigating strategies.
7. Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
8. Stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations related to supply chain operations.
9. Assist in developing and implementing supply chain policies and procedures.
10. Provide reports and updates to management on supply chain performance.
