If you are an experienced and enthusiastic Stores Department Manager, we have the perfect opportunity for you! H&M is looking for an organized, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our Stores Department team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, as well as overseeing the store staff and maintaining customer service standards.Qualifications for this position include: a minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, strong customer service skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to take initiative and work independently. We also require excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a high level of professionalism. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Stores Department.
  2. Oversee store staff and maintain customer service standards.
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction is met through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Take initiative and work independently.
  5. Implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the department.
  6. Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide regular feedback.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  8. Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
  9. Manage inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
  10. Develop strategies for increasing store sales and profitability.
