Responsibilities:
- Execute all store operations in accordance with H&M standards and policies.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and take appropriate action to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Motivate team members to reach sales targets and ensure they have the tools and resources needed to do so.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing an exceptional shopping experience.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
- Participate in store events and promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels and order new merchandise as needed.
- Prepare and manage the store’s budget.
