Welcome to the Stores Department Manager role at H&M! We’re looking for an experienced leader who can help us maintain our reputation as a premier fashion retailer. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient functioning of our stores and ensuring our customers have the best possible shopping experience.To excel in this role, you should have an extensive background in retail management, strong organizational skills, and a track record of success in driving sales. We’re looking for someone with a friendly and engaging personality who can motivate and mentor our team, and bring energy and creativity to our stores. A passion for fashion and retail is an absolute must!

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the efficient functioning of our stores and ensure that customers have an optimal shopping experience.
  2. Lead and motivate store staff members to achieve sales targets.
  3. Develop and implement innovative strategies to maximize store performance.
  4. Monitor and analyze store performance to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Maintain a positive work environment and ensure the safety of all staff and customers.
  6. Train, mentor, and evaluate store staff, providing guidance and support.
  7. Utilize market research and keep up-to-date with industry trends to stay competitive.
  8. Ensure all store policies and procedures are adhered to.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed.
  10. Monitor store budgets and manage expenses.
