Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations of retail stores, including sales, operations, and customer service.
2. Lead and supervise a team of sales associates and store personnel.
3. Monitor store performance, and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
4. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the store.
5. Maintain inventory levels and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed.
6. Monitor budgets and ensure that costs are kept within limits.
7. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Train and develop staff to reach their highest potential.
10. Remain up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
