Stores Department Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Stores Department and ensure that all departments are working together seamlessly

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction • Analyze store performance and manage budgets to ensure profitability • Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed • Create and implement store policies and procedures • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure store standards are met • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations • Maintain excellent customer service standards • Handle customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner • Develop promotional campaigns to boost store visibility and sales
