5. Train, motivate, and mentor store employees to ensure they are providing excellent customer service.
6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the store is operating in an efficient and compliant manner.
7. Monitor store expenses and budgets to ensure that the store is operating within budget.
8. Ensure that store staff are adhering to company policies and procedures.
9. Address customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
10. Analyze sales and customer feedback data to identify areas of improvement.
