- Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
- Ensure all visual displays are executed within budget and deadline.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for the visual team.
- Attend relevant training and development sessions to stay updated on company standards and visual merchandising techniques.
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company's visual standards and values at all times.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Visual Merchandising And Retail Store Management.
Strong Understanding Of H&M Brand And Aesthetic, As Well As Current Fashion Trends.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Visual Merchandisers.
Proficiency In Creating And Executing Visual Merchandising Plans, Including Window Displays, Store Layouts, And Product Presentations.
Ability To Analyze Sales Data And Make Strategic Decisions To Drive Sales And Improve Store Profitability.
