  1. Oversee daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving complaints and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets, including analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and adjusting plans accordingly.
  4. Train and mentor store employees on product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques to enhance their performance and development.
  5. Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in the store by fostering a diverse and inclusive team culture and promoting H&M's values and brand image.
  6. Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase new arrivals, highlight promotions, and maintain the overall aesthetic of the store.
  7. Ensure compliance with store security, safety, and loss prevention measures to protect company assets and maintain a safe working environment.
  8. Collaborate with the district and regional managers to develop and execute store-specific initiatives and budgets to drive sales and profitability.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for growth and development.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to make informed decisions and drive innovation within the store.
