Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of retail staff to ensure customer service excellence and store success.
2. Monitor and analyze sales performance, implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other store personnel to build a strong store network.
4. Maintain store standards, oversee inventory management, and ensure adherence to safety and security policies and procedures.
5. Plan and organize promotions and in-store events to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
6. Create and implement store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and legal regulations.
7. Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
8. Develop and implement effective training and coaching programs to ensure staff is properly trained and motivated.
