  1. Assist customers in finding the perfect outfit and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Manage stock levels and replenish merchandise on the sales floor.

  13. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and attend training sessions as required.
  14. Adhere to health and safety standards to create a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  16. Continuously strive to improve sales skills and provide feedback to management.
  17. Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
  18. Support and participate in store events and promotions.
  19. Help to create visually appealing displays and merchandise presentations.
  20. Act as a brand ambassador for H&M and promote a positive image of the company.
