  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by actively engaging with customers and assisting them with their shopping needs.
  3. Offer expert styling advice and product recommendations based on customers' preferences and needs.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of current fashion trends, styles, and products in order to effectively assist customers.
  5. Ensure that the store is always well-maintained, clean, and organized, creating an inviting shopping environment for customers.
  6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
  7. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
  8. Continuously learn and improve product knowledge in order to provide the best possible service to customers.
  9. Collaborate with team members and store management to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
  10. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the H&M brand in a positive light.
  11. Maintain a high level of personal presentation, adhering to the H&M dress code and grooming guidelines.
  12. Follow all store policies and procedures, including safety and security measures, to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping environment for customers and employees.
  13. Attend training and development sessions to improve job knowledge and skills.
