Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining quality control standards. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.We require a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering or Business Administration. Previous experience in a similar role is also preferred. Responsibilities of a Quality Assurance Specialist:

1. Develop, implement and maintain quality control standards in accordance with H&M’s policies and procedures.
2. Ensure that all products meet the highest standards and requirements.
3. Monitor production processes to ensure that quality standards are maintained.
4. Conduct inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards.
5. Record and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
6. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
7. Perform inspections and audits of suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards.
8. Investigate customer complaints and take corrective action to resolve issues.
9. Train and mentor junior staff on quality assurance processes and procedures.
10. Prepare accurate reports and documents to track quality assurance activities.
