Quality Assurance Specialist

You should have a solid understanding of the industry and be able to identify potential defects quickly and accurately. You should also have excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with other departments to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality.The ideal candidate for this role should have at least a high school diploma or GED and prior experience in the quality assurance field. You should also be able to work independently and manage multiple projects at once. 9. Monitor and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
10. Train new staff on quality assurance processes.
