Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities for this job include:

1. Analyze and monitor quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
2. Develop and implement quality assurance plans for new and existing products.
3. Track and document quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with standards.
4. Identify areas for improvement in quality assurance processes and develop strategies to address them.
5. Test products for defects and resolve any issues that arise.
6. Provide feedback to design and production teams to improve product quality.
7. Develop and maintain quality assurance reports and documentation.
8. Monitor supplier performance and ensure their adherence to quality standards.
9. Train staff on quality assurance procedures and protocols.
10. Maintain familiarity with relevant ISO standards and ensure compliance.
