Job Description

Responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Merchandiser and Omni Merchandise Managers with product management and maximizing sales and profitability for a subset of H&M’s concepts. Prepares general reporting on selling, logistics, and all other merchandising performance metrics. Actively monitor selling performance of concept and provide Omni Merchandise Manager with regular reporting to support this. Works cross functionally with the Omni Merchandise Managers, Visual, and Marketing teams to ensure short term and long-term concept strategy is secured. Supports with identifying customer trends and researching competitors to support decision making around concept assortment. Support in creating commercial updates and indications for store execution connected to campaign launches.

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

  • 1-3 years of experience working within the Merchandising function or experience as an Analyst

  • Retail industry experience preferred

  • Ability to coach and train all levels of employees on subject expert knowledge

  • Strong interest in fashion and understanding of the garment product flow
