
Logistics Department Manager
Sets and monitors Call-Off (Replenishment) department goals with Call Off Manager. Collaborates with Call Off Manager regarding shared operational and logistical issues by managing day to day business challenges. Responsible for coordination and control of the handling, storage, shipping and flow of merchandise through warehouse area. Analyzes and directs floor labor as a function of the pick orders, and shipping through supervisors. Schedules personnel to ensure proper staffing according to business goals. Responsible for safety and cleanliness of the warehouse and communicating any needs to Call Off Manager. Assists HR with recruiting as needed, coordinates training and develops team of supervisors and employees.
Must have one to two years of management experience, preferably in distribution center and/or store operations
Fluency in the Spanish language is a plus.
Experience with recruitment, training and development of staff
