  1. Provide administrative support to the PR and Communications team at H&M.
  2. Assist in the planning and execution of PR events, launches, and campaigns.
  3. Act as a liaison between H&M and external partners, such as media outlets and influencers.
  4. Monitor and track media coverage and provide regular reports to the team.
  5. Maintain and update media lists and contacts database.
  6. Assist in drafting press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials.
  7. Coordinate logistics for media interviews and photo shoots.
  8. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant fashion events.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in brand messaging and image.
  10. Assist in managing social media accounts and responding to customer inquiries.
  11. Attend fashion events and represent H&M in a professional manner.
  12. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  13. Provide general support to the PR and Communications team as needed.
  14. Stay up-to-date with industry news and developments to contribute fresh ideas and strategies.
  15. Uphold H&M's values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
