  1. Manage and negotiate lease agreements for all H&M retail stores in the United States.
  2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with landlords to secure favorable lease terms.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure all lease agreements align with company objectives and budget.
  4. Review and evaluate lease proposals, identifying potential risks and making recommendations to senior management.
  5. Ensure all lease agreements are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
  6. Create and maintain a database of all lease agreements, ensuring timely renewal and termination of leases.
  7. Communicate effectively with landlords, addressing any issues or concerns and providing updates on lease negotiations.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including real estate, finance, and legal, to ensure lease agreements meet company standards.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform lease negotiations.
  10. Monitor and analyze lease expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  11. Develop and implement strategies to optimize lease agreements and minimize risks.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a high level of performance and efficiency.
  13. Participate in lease negotiations for new store locations, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
  14. Represent H&M in a professional and positive manner, promoting our mission of sustainable fashion.
  15. Stay organized and maintain accurate records of all lease agreements, deadlines, and important information.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Lease Negotiation: A Lease Manager At H&M Should Have A Strong Background In Negotiating And Drafting Commercial Leases. This Includes Understanding Lease Terms, Market Trends, And Legal Requirements.
