In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our lease agreements with landlords and property owners.   1. Manage and maintain all lease agreements for H&M stores with landlords and property owners.
  2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all lease documents and related paperwork.
  3. Monitor lease terms and deadlines and communicate any necessary updates or changes to relevant parties.
  4. Review and negotiate lease terms as needed.
  5. Act as a point of contact for landlords and property owners regarding lease-related inquiries and issues.
  6. Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with lease agreements.
  7. Coordinate with internal departments, such as legal and finance, to ensure smooth execution of lease agreements.
  8. Keep updated records of all lease agreements and related documents.
  9. Assist in the preparation of lease-related reports and presentations.
  10. Stay informed of relevant industry trends and changes in lease laws and regulations.
  11. Collaborate with other members of the real estate team to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  12. Maintain positive and professional relationships with landlords and property owners.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding lease-related matters.
  14. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or concerns related to lease agreements.
  15. Participate in special projects or initiatives related to lease administration as assigned by management.
