Job Description

The Inventory Planner at H&M is a highly motivated and creative individual who will play a key role in managing the inventory for our stores. We are looking for someone with a passion for organization, an aptitude for problem-solving, and the ability to think outside the box. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. If you have a proven track record of success in inventory management and are ready to join a team of passionate professionals, you may be the right fit for us.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field• 2+ years of inventory management experience• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Knowledge of inventory management practices and processes• Ability to multi-task and prioritize• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Responsibilities: • Develop and implement an effective inventory management strategy and process for H&M stores • Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity of all records and data • Monitor inventory levels and adjust accordingly to meet customer demand • Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and potential problems • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods • Monitor stock levels and order merchandise as needed • Manage and report on inventory levels and stock movements • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Manage and resolve inventory discrepancies and discrepancies with suppliers • Monitor inventory management systems and processes for efficiency and effectiveness • Provide training and support to staff on inventory management policies and procedures.
