The Inventory Planner will help us to ensure accurate inventory records while optimizing stock levels and purchase orders.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in an inventory planning and/or logistics role, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Moreover, the candidate must be familiar with industry-standard software, including Microsoft Excel, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze inventory levels and anticipate customer demands to create and maintain accurate inventory records.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and purchase orders.
  3. Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and potential issues.
  4. Work collaboratively with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  5. Liaise with suppliers to negotiate terms and pricing of goods and services.
  6. Keep track of inventory levels and ensure all products are stored in an optimal manner.
  7. Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures.
  8. Monitor and update inventory records in industry-standard software, such as Microsoft Excel.
  9. Identify and resolve any discrepancies in inventory records.
  10. Prepare and present detailed reports to management on inventory levels, status, and trends.
