  1. Develop strategic plans and initiatives to optimize inventory levels across all H&M stores globally.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Monitor inventory levels, sales data, and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to inventory management processes.
  4. Conduct regular audits and analysis of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or issues.
  5. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
  6. Create and maintain reports, presentations, and other documentation related to inventory optimization projects.
  7. Train and guide team members on inventory management processes and procedures.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in inventory management to continuously improve H&M's processes.
  9. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any disruptions to inventory management.
  10. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on inventory optimization projects and present recommendations for improvement.
  11. Lead and oversee the execution of inventory optimization projects, ensuring that timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the inventory management team.
  13. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful inventory optimization initiatives.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards related to inventory management.
  15. Uphold H&M's brand image and values while representing the company in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Inventory Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Fast-Paced Environment

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools (E.g. Excel, Sql)

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Implementing Inventory Optimization Projects, Including Forecasting And Demand Planning

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results
