Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Generalist to join our team at H&M and help us create a positive, productive, and engaging work environment. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR programs, processes, and initiatives that support our team and our organizational goals. To be successful in this role, you must have an understanding of the entire HR function, including compensation, employee relations, benefits, and recruitment. You must also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR programs, processes, and initiatives that support the team and organizational goals.
  2. Provide guidance and support to employees on all HR-related matters.
  3. Manage employee relations issues, such as disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and performance management.
  4. Oversee the recruitment process, including interviewing and hiring of new employees.
  5. Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs.
  6. Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and payroll data.
  7. Monitor compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  8. Understand and stay up to date with changes in labor laws and regulations.
  9. Manage and track employee leave requests.
  10. Develop and deliver HR trainings to employees.
