- Assist customers in finding and trying on merchandise, providing styling advice and making recommendations.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current fashion trends and H&M products to effectively assist customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
- Keep the store clean, organized and visually appealing at all times.
- Restock merchandise and maintain appropriate levels of inventory on the sales floor.

Excellent Customer Service Skills: A H&M Sales Associate Must Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills In Order To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To All Shoppers.
Knowledge Of Fashion And Trends: A Successful Sales Associate At H&M Should Have A Keen Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And Be Able To Assist Customers In Finding The Perfect Items To Fit Their Style.
Retail Experience: Previous Experience In A Retail Environment Is Preferred For This Position. Sales Associates Must Be Comfortable Working In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Retail Setting.
Team Player: H&M Values Teamwork And Collaboration, So The Ideal Sales Associate Should Be Able To Work Well With Others And Contribute To A Positive And Supportive Team Environment.
Strong Sales Skills: H&M Is A Retail Store, So Sales Associates Should Have A Natural Knack For Sales And Be Motivated To Meet And Exceed Sales Goals. Previous Sales Experience Is A Plus.
