Your main responsibility will be to assist and guide customers in finding the perfect outfit and providing exceptional customer service.   1. Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude upon entering the store.
  2. Assist customers in finding the perfect outfit by understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by going above and beyond to meet the customer's expectations.
  4. Be knowledgeable about the latest fashion trends and H&M's products, including sizes, colors, and styles.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and arranging merchandise.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register and other sales tools.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.
  10. Continuously develop your sales skills and product knowledge through training and learning opportunities.
  11. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  12. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work and represent the H&M brand in a professional manner.
  13. Be flexible with work schedule and willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
  14. Help with merchandising and visual displays to showcase the latest fashion trends and promotions.
  15. Stay updated on promotions, sales events, and new product releases to effectively communicate them to customers.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous Retail Experience: A H&M Sales Associate Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Similar Role. This Experience Will Demonstrate The Candidate's Understanding Of Customer Service, Sales Techniques, And Product Knowledge.
