  1. Develop and implement global mobility policies and procedures in alignment with the company's overall objectives and values.
  2. Coordinate and manage all aspects of international assignments, including immigration, tax, relocation, and compensation.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding global mobility inquiries and concerns.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient relocation process for employees.
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with global mobility policies, employment laws, and tax regulations.
  6. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in global mobility to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  7. Monitor and track global mobility budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  8. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on cultural and practical aspects of international assignments.
  9. Communicate and negotiate with external vendors, such as relocation companies and immigration attorneys, to ensure high-quality services and cost efficiency.
  10. Participate in strategic planning for talent acquisition and development, providing insights on global mobility trends and challenges.
  11. Conduct trainings and workshops for employees and managers to increase understanding and awareness of global mobility policies and practices.
  12. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to global mobility.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all global mobility processes and activities.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for H&M, promoting our commitment to sustainability and ethical practices in all global mobility activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Global Mobility, Preferably In A Retail Or Fashion Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of International Immigration Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements

  • Experience In Managing International Assignments, Including Expatriate Management, Relocation, And Visa Processes

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Range Of Stakeholders Across Different Cultures And Time Zones.
