  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
  4. Create a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, employee growth, and development.

  9. Maintain a high level of visual standards and ensure the store reflects the H&M brand image at all times.
  10. Responsible for hiring, training, and developing a team of sales associates to uphold the company's values and standards.
  11. Collaborate with other Filialleiters and the head office to share best practices and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  13. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Manage the store's budget and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
  15. Attend company meetings and trainings to stay informed on new products, policies, and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: A Filialleiter At H&M Should Have Prior Experience In Managing A Retail Store, Preferably In The Fashion Industry. This Experience Should Include Overseeing Daily Operations, Managing A Team, And Meeting Sales Targets.
