Job Description

Are you an experienced and driven e-commerce specialist looking to join a world-renowned fashion company? H&M is looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to join our e-commerce team. Our ideal candidate is an ambitious professional with a passion for fashion and a knack for staying ahead of the latest industry trends and technology.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in e-commerce, preferably in the fashion industry. You must also be a strong communicator, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities: -Develop and implement innovative e-commerce strategies to maximize sales -Maintain and track customer service metrics to ensure strong customer service -Stay up to date on industry trends and technology to ensure competitive edge -Analyze data and create reports to identify and capitalize on potential opportunities -Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services as well as the competition -Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction -Create and manage campaigns to drive website traffic and e-commerce sales -Create and optimize content for the website, including product descriptions and images -Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
