At H&M, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about the digital space and eager to share our brand with the world. We are looking for an individual who is highly driven, creative, and tech-savvy. This individual must have a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the ability to bring a fresh perspective to the role. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. Additional qualifications include strong communication skills, excellent organizational and project management skills, and exceptional attention to detail.If you have a passion for digital marketing and a desire to help us reach our goals, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote H&M products and services.
  2. Research and analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing campaigns and develop creative strategies.
  3. Create and manage email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  4. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to inform updates and optimize campaigns.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, web development, and product to ensure successful campaign execution.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and agencies.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  8. Prepare detailed reports on digital marketing performance and present them to management.
