  1. Lead the digital content production efforts for H&M's online platforms, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
  2. Develop and implement a strategic plan for creating compelling and visually stunning digital content that aligns with the overall brand image and resonates with target audiences.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and e-commerce, to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all digital channels.
  4. Manage and mentor a team of content producers, providing guidance and support in the development of high-quality content.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital content production to continuously improve and innovate H&M's online presence.
  6. Oversee the production process from concept to final delivery, ensuring that all content meets quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster their growth and development.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies to support content production needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Digital Content Production, Preferably In The Fashion Or Retail Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Digital Trends And Best Practices, Including Seo, Social Media, And Email Marketing.

  • Proficiency In Content Management Systems, Adobe Creative Suite, And Other Digital Production Tools.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Lead A Team To Deliver High-Quality, On-Brand Content In A Fast-Paced Environment.
