  1. Lead and motivate a team of employees within the department to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase profitability.
  3. Monitor and analyze department performance metrics, such as sales reports, to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Train and mentor team members in product knowledge, customer service skills, and company policies and procedures.
  5. Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric mindset.
  6. Ensure that department operations run smoothly and efficiently, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and store management to plan and execute promotional events and initiatives.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  11. Manage scheduling and staffing needs to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  13. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and enhance the brand image of H&M.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team Of Sales Associates.

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Sales Strategies.
