- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the assigned department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve departmental goals, in alignment with the overall company objectives.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them reach their full potential.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for the team to enhance their product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
- Prepare and analyze departmental reports and present findings to upper management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
