  1. Oversee the daily operations of a designated department, ensuring efficient and effective functioning.
  2. Lead and inspire a team of talented individuals to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  3. Set and communicate departmental goals and objectives to team members, and actively work towards achieving them.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales and meet business objectives.
  5. Ensure that the department is well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets company standards for cleanliness and organization.
  6. Train and develop team members to enhance their product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall performance.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members.
  8. Collaborate with other department managers and store management to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and achieve overall store goals.
  9. Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and sustainability efforts, and use this knowledge to guide merchandising decisions and customer interactions.
  10. Foster a culture of sustainability within the department and store, promoting eco-friendly practices and educating team members and customers on H&M's sustainability efforts.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, and take appropriate action when necessary.
  12. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  13. Manage inventory levels and participate in regular stock takes to maintain accurate stock levels.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the department.
  15. Represent H&M in a positive and professional manner, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management Or Leadership Roles.
