  1. Oversee and manage a specific department within the store, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and drive departmental success.
  3. Train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  4. Monitor and analyze departmental sales performance and make necessary adjustments to meet or exceed targets.
  5. Ensure that the department is well-stocked, visually appealing, and follows company merchandising standards.
  6. Collaborate with other department managers and store management to plan and execute store-wide events and promotions.
  7. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a strong work ethic, passion for fashion, and excellent customer service.
  8. Conduct regular meetings with the team to communicate goals, provide feedback, and address any concerns.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including inventory management, loss prevention, and visual merchandising guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Fashion Industry

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Employees

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Customers And Employees From Diverse Backgrounds

  • Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Sales Strategies.
