The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and team leader, eager to motivate and inspire their team to reach their fullest potential.Requirements for the position include:• A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a retail environment• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service• The ability to develop and manage a team• Experience with retail software systemsIf you think you have what it takes to become part of the H&M team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a team to ensure they reach their fullest potential • Monitor team performance and address any issues that may arise • Ensure customer service standards are met by team members • Communicate with team members and customers to ensure a positive shopping experience • Monitor store operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy • Utilize retail software systems to manage inventory and sales • Manage store budget and expenses • Develop promotions and sales strategies to drive sales • Train and develop team members on store policies and procedures • Foster a positive work environment and promote team collaboration
