We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Department Manager to join our team at H&M! You will be responsible for driving performance within your department, ensuring that all customers have an exceptional shopping experience. To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude and an ability to lead and motivate a team. You will also need to be organized, have a good eye for detail and be able to work well under pressure. A high level of commercial awareness and a passion for retail are essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates in the department and ensure that all customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
  2. Manage the department budget and ensure that all sales targets are met.
  3. Analyze customer feedback and take actions to improve customer service and satisfaction.
  4. Monitor and review staff performance and provide guidance and support to the team.
  5. Develop strategies to increase sales and maximize the profitability of the department.
  6. Actively monitor stock levels and take action to replenish stock as needed.
  7. Ensure the department is well maintained and stocked with the latest products.
  8. Maintain a high level of commercial awareness and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  9. Deal with customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department and support staff in their roles.
