Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates in the department and ensure that all customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
- Manage the department budget and ensure that all sales targets are met.
- Analyze customer feedback and take actions to improve customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor and review staff performance and provide guidance and support to the team.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and maximize the profitability of the department.
- Actively monitor stock levels and take action to replenish stock as needed.
- Ensure the department is well maintained and stocked with the latest products.
- Maintain a high level of commercial awareness and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Deal with customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department and support staff in their roles.
