We’re looking for an experienced Department Manager to join our dynamic team at H&M. As a Department Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of store associates and providing excellent customer service. You will be expected to lead by example and promote a culture of service excellence.To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for customer service and team leadership, as well as an enthusiasm for the fashion industry. An eye for detail and excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to motivate and drive sales performance.
