- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
- Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.
- Ensure compliance with all loss prevention and safety measures to protect company assets and ensure the safety of employees and customers.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role Within The Retail Industry.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team.
Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Customer Service.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment.
